The Adamas HD was designed for workers who demand the ultimate in toughness and comfort. These waterproof, slip-resistant boots are wrapped in thick full-grain leather. They also feature diamond-plated protective rubber panels on the toe and heel. Inside, the Adamas offers remarkable comfort thanks to four layers of cushioning and LaCrosse Dry-Core™ liners.

comfortable boot pretty stiff leather has a lengthy breakin period no big deal however they are true to fit and did not cause any blisters.seem to be pretty durable for the most part but HIGHLY DISAPOINTED in that after 5 months worth of wear at work the sole began to separate from the leather on the inner/arch side of the right heel. my trade is rough on boots but for the price I expected at least a 9 months - 1yr worth of work like I get out of other similar priced boots. I need to check but I think unfortunately the warranty has expired as the use was for 2 months last winter and 3 months this winter, been 11 months since purchase best I can see on site is 90 or 180 day warranty. I will check if Lacross warranties the boot I will purchase again if not I wont.

bought in jan of 2012 wore for a few months were really nice comfortable warm and water proof they sat in the house untill the other day when the weather was wet and cold and now the front toe is coming apart from sole. so not much use and now they are no longer water proof
and not much use to me.
