Comments about LaCrosse Alpha Aggressive Steel Toe Work Boots:
I work for the biggest water management department in the midwest laying new water distribution lines. I'm required to wear safety toe boots, but leather boots do not work in this environment. We spend our day in standing water up to 10" deep, mud, and raw sewage. This boots are perfect for this line of work, and so far I'm really happy because they are comfortable, keep my feet warm, and they are not extremely heavy.

Comments about LaCrosse Alpha Aggressive Steel Toe Work Boots:
These are great boots. Great traction with the vibram sole, very well fitting, good ankle support and no heel rub, boots stay put when pulling out of deep muck/mud. I work in the dredged material business, so I'm in mud all the time, and often walking up and down 2:1 slopes as well, these rubber boots are the best I've worn...except for my old Extra Tuffs! But those are deck boots, no good for mud work! ;)
