Details

In 1897 LaCrosse opened its doors manufacturing rubber horseshoes, quickly transitioning into overshoes, rubber boots. Next came jungle boots, pac boots, tennis shoes, boating shoes, moonboots, hip boots, waders, leather boots, mining boots and many more… And through it all we’ve learned many lessons that have contributed to a century of experience in crafting high quality footwear.
The frigid temperatures of La Crosse, Wisconsin provided all the research and development we needed to begin manufacturing Pac boots many years ago. However, the blizzard of 1985 made us rethink our single felt lined Pac boots as we revolutionized the Pac boot industry by launching the Iceman, our very first double lined Pac boot.

Slip them on and go anywhere. The Trekker was designed to pull on with ease and provide just enough warmth to keep you comfortable while you take care of cold weather work (or play).

Not happy!!!!!

Pros

  • Waterproof

Cons

  • Do not like new style

Best Uses

I have no issue with the product itself other than I will not buy anymore. Do to the change in design. I have wore these Trekkers for years and loved them. This new design sucks. I live in the south and they are HOT!!! The old ones did not have any insulation in them which was perfect. These say on the box that they are not insulated but they have a liner inside the boot that I`m not used to. These were a xmas gift and I had to get them a whole size bigger than I ever did because of this liner. Every Store I went to trying to trade these in on the old style told me that all the customers that have come in to buy them are not happy with this change. I really want to try an find a pair of the old style. Boot is probably great but, just didn`t make any sense to change something that wasn`t broke!!

WHY DID YOU CHANGE FROM NICE LEATHER TO WHATEVER THIS MATERIAL IS SUPPOSED TO BE? IT LOOKS TERRIBLE. YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO THE OLD LEATHER!
