If you purchased from LaCrosse Footwear directly, we will pay for return shipping back to us. To return your merchandise, please follow these simple steps.

2. Call us toll free at 800-323-2668 to obtain a Free Return Shipping label.
3. Pack your merchandise in the original packaging along with your Return/Exchange form, affix the Free Return Shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at and USPS drop-off location.

Defective Merchandise
