Returns and Exchanges


Please return all footwear to the original place of purchase along with a dated sales receipt. If you purchased your footwear from LaCrosse directly, please follow the steps below.

New Footwear:
LaCrosse will gladly issue an exchange or refund on boots and waders as long as they are in new condition and have not been worn outside.



Defective Footwear:
LaCrosse will gladly accept exchanges or returns on defective footwear that meet the warranty requirements.



How to Return/Exchange Footwear:

  • Please print and fill out this Return/Exchange form.
  • Send merchandise to us in its original packaging along with the Return/Exchange form and copy of original packing slip.

For your protection, we recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items back to us.

If you choose to exchange or replace your merchandise, we will provide FREE outbound shipping for the new items.
