When it comes to strength, durability and flat-out comfort, LaCrosse boots give you the most features for the money, which pretty much means we stand alone. Wear ‘em with pride, because that’s how we build each and every one.

The Product Warranty Nitty Gritty

LaCrosse footwear is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, with the following exceptions:

GORE-TEX® Sporting footwear has a one-year warranty against leakage. GORE-TEX® footwear designed or worn for occupational purposes have a 180-day warranty against leakage.
Other LaCrosse waterproof systems used have a six-month warranty against leakage.
Sporting waders have a one-year warranty against leakage. Waders designed or worn for occupational purposes have a 120-day warranty against leakage.

For the above warranties the following applies: LaCrosse will, at its option, either repair, replace or pro-rate based on the wear/tear that is evident, any footwear covered by its warranty. Footwear should be returned postage prepaid, to the place of purchase with a sales slip. All returns must be accompanied with a dated proof of purchase within the warranty period. Any repair work performed by other than the manufacturer may void the warranty. LaCrosse Return Goods Department shall have the final decision as to the cause of damage and replacement judgment. LaCrosse authorized retailers will be expected to handle and accept returns in a professional manner. LaCrosse will not accept any footwear directly from the consumer.

What is covered: Defects in materials and workmanship, including leaking in waterproof styles and waders,

What is not covered:

Wear and tear.
Excessive damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning and conditioning) This warranty may also be void of the user applies and material not recommended for footwear such as polishes, oils or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear. We encourage consumers to use LaCrosse products on their footwear.
Fit-related problems, once the footwear has been worn outdoors.
Footwear returned beyond the warranty period.

Snakeboot Disclaimer:

Hunters, take heed: While every LaCrosse snakeboot’s made to protect against darn near any North American snake’s fangs, no boot on the market can say they’re totally impenetrable. That said, we have to throw out the legal mumbo jumbo that LaCrosse does not make any warranty or guaranty that every snake boot is 100 % invulnerable to every snake bite and shall have no liability for any injury or death arising from the use of our snakeboot as protection against snakes. As we all know, there are serious dangers in snake country, so hunters would be wise to use extreme caution and avoid all possible confrontations.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee
LaCrosse guarantees the comfort of its Quad Comfort boots. If you are dissatisfied with your Quad Comfort boots for any reason, LaCrosse will accept returns on worn product within 30-days of purchase. This guarantee applies to Quad Comfort styles only. The return must be accompanied by the Quad Comfort Reimbursement Request form and a copy of the purchase receipt. LaCrosse will reimburse the purchase price of the product as indicated on the receipt.

For returns or exchanges on unworn footwear, please contact your place of purchase whether it be a local dealer or if you purchased your boots directly from us.

For your protection, we recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items back to us.
