In 1897 LaCrosse opened its doors manufacturing rubber horseshoes, quickly transitioning into overshoes, rubber boots. Next came jungle boots, pac boots, tennis shoes, boating shoes, moonboots, hip boots, waders, leather boots, mining boots and many more… And through it all we’ve learned many lessons that have contributed to a century of experience in crafting high quality footwear.

Engineered for those that want an athletic shoe but demand a work boot, the Quickness is built with technology to maximize lightweight breathability and durability. The lightweight leather and nylon upper with the open cell constructed, removable footbed promote air circulation. While the abrasion resistant toe and heel wrap, dual-density EVA midsole, and oil and slip resistant outsole create a cushioning, shock absorbing, and protective fit. With the addition of a non-metallic toe, the Quickness meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-11 F I/75 C/75 EH standards.
