In 1897 LaCrosse opened its doors manufacturing rubber horseshoes, quickly transitioning into overshoes, rubber boots. Next came jungle boots, pac boots, tennis shoes, boating shoes, moonboots, hip boots, waders, leather boots, mining boots and many more… And through it all we’ve learned many lessons that have contributed to a century of experience in crafting high quality footwear.
The frigid temperatures of La Crosse, Wisconsin provided all the research and development we needed to begin manufacturing Pac boots many years ago. However, the blizzard of 1985 made us rethink our single felt lined Pac boots as we revolutionized the Pac boot industry by launching the Iceman, our very first double lined Pac boot.

This boot is designed for long wear and rugged service. Like all Pine Top models, the leather and fabric variation features removable foam liners, aggressive Snow Grip™ outsoles, and overmolded rubber outsoles for sure footing.

  • Leather and 500 Denier nylon upper combined with a durable rubber bottom
  • Removable foam liner offer lightweight warmth for those needing protection in cold climates
  • Aggressive Snow Grip™ outsole for excellent traction on snow and slush
  • Steel shank
  • 10" height
  • 4.0 lbs per pair

I have had my boots for over 10 years and bought them to keep my feet warm and dry. They are rugged and durable and have kept me warm and dry. I froze my feet as a child and so they are really sensitive to the cold. Living in Minnesota, I am very happy to have these boots as my feet are always warm, even in sub degree temps.
