In 1897 LaCrosse opened its doors manufacturing rubber horseshoes, quickly transitioning into overshoes, rubber boots. Next came jungle boots, pac boots, tennis shoes, boating shoes, moonboots, hip boots, waders, leather boots, mining boots and many more… And through it all we’ve learned many lessons that have contributed to a century of experience in crafting high quality footwear.
The frigid temperatures of La Crosse, Wisconsin provided all the research and development we needed to begin manufacturing Pac boots many years ago. However, the blizzard of 1985 made us rethink our single felt lined Pac boots as we revolutionized the Pac boot industry by launching the Iceman, our very first double lined Pac boot.

LaCrosse heritage is frozen in time with our classic Ridgetop™. Featuring a full grain waterproof leather upper with an all natural rubber bottom and a warming 9mm felt/Radiantex® liner, the Ridgetop was built to provide warmth and traction in snow and ice.

    Best Uses

      I've owned these boots for several years now. They are extremely warm in frigid conditions. I hunt and fish in these boots and could not be happier. I would not hesitate in purchasing this multi purpose boot.
